Who else won't even be TRYING d3

Lol they merged with activision in 2008, and you said that it was closed because activision didn't like the way how diablo 3 was developed. Just tell me troll how was that possible if the studio was closed in 2005?

Like I said before those guys aren't EA, or any other lowballs that will make a medicore game from name itself worth (TONS OF A $$$) just to satisfy shareholders with few quick dollars.

I just know that blizzard is a mark that was always leading in all the gaming aspects. Call it multi-player gaming, game balance, servers, quality, supporting their products after release etc. It's the core of their brand and it will never change because it was and still is bringing more and more profit with every single day. And you will not find any other developer that can match their price to quality ratio. I understand people who would like diablo 3 to be the same like diablo 2 in all the aspects. But how's that possible the game market changed like 2000 times per year over 10 years. You can't just make the game without ground changes and reworking it's not FIFA 2013 it is diablo 3.

If you don't like something without trying you are either trolling or just hate it without reason. It's the same like I saw PoE for first time and I didn't like the animation. Some people don't like the graphics in d3, it's similiar situation. But both graphics and animation is just visual effect it matters mostly in the beginning later on you are getting used to it. And it's not as much important in RPG's or hack n slash games because the core of those games is the mechanic. Ofcourse it's great when the game have nice visual effects, graphics and animation but if mechanics is bad it will never be good game.

And I didn't mean to offend anyone but I'm jsut tired of people talking about diablo 3 saying activision this, activison that. Activision just share the same parent but they are not involved in development of blizzard games.

I'm sure I will stay with PoE for a long long time, and I will for sure play diablo 3 aswell.

D3 beta is amazing.

Anyone that doesnt buy it and is a fan of the genre is either

A: Very poor
B: A Hipster gamer

Hmm well like most of us i started this game cos i was bored and tired waiting for D3.

I thought i will just pass the time with it until D3 is released.

Well, as i started playing this game i started loving it really much, and D3 just kept fading in my mind.

Now i really don't see my self quiting PoE. And i'm not that geeky too play 2 games online at same time.

So my current opinnion is this = i'll try D3, finish the game to see what's it all about. Unless i shit my pants and pass out 3 times while playing D3, i'll come back to PoE. I doubt D3 will be that good, but never say never, i won't make a final conclusion now.

hey, I received an email about PoE being in open beta this week-end, I guess I had to check the forums if people was still debating about D3. I wasn't disappointed ^^;;

The good news is, even if D3 sucks, GW2 will be amazing.
I played GW2 during the beta event weed-end, and it was really cool.
Not really a hack'n slash like D3 or PoE, but I was also wanting for this game and it delivered.

That's a good news for GW2 fans, I don't know if the community overlap, but if it does, it's not really a good news for PoE again...

The good thing for PoE is it's free to play. Now if the game was awesome like League of Legends, it could really work...

edit: ho btw, I was thinking about PoE because the traits system in GW2 looks like the passive skill tree. It's just easier to use and you can concentrate on more fun stuff instead of struggling with the game design.

It always amazes me how people I have never met are able to tell me just exactly how I will behave in a given situation, and why.

The D3 I started to see demo'ed on YouTube a couple years ago, I might have bought and played. The mess it's ended up as, forget it. The devs can't even decide whether or not to include basic attacks? Really?

It's clear that Activision laid down the law, set a hard deadline, and Blizzard, faced with an end to unlimited screwing-around time, panicked. The results, while pretty to look at, are also no longer up to par with my expectations for the game. I am grown-up enough not to plunk down $60 for a game just because of the title.

Granted, the choice might be harder, absent PoE, but since the kiwi wizards have provided us with an alternative, I don't have to miss out on Diablo-style play. =^[.]^=
