The strongest build you played this league?
Vortex Occultist. It wasn't the quickest mapper, or the best delver. It was good enough though. The build was crazy strong for bosses though.
As a fairly new player my goal was to solo every single boss in the game. The build pretty much allowed me to do so quite easily with a fairly small investment (sub 10 ex). I would strongly recommend the build as a league starter (assuming no major changes). |

Same as above, Vortex/cold snap CI occultist. It's extremely safe, tanky (10k es easily, 14k with investment), provides sustained dps in multiple areas (~500k shaper dps, maybe 600k), really helped me beat uber elder and delve to ~330 (can go deeper). It's relatively cheap (many people were selling 600+ es on a 6l vaal regalias for ~1.5ex or 2).
I'm now debating whether I should start next league with this or with an elemancer (respecced another witch into this and it's.. fun!) One's demise is always one's own making.

" More specifically the 13k ES Howa jugg, it's just unfair toward other builds. I might give vortex occultist a go next league, see how it tanks. Second-class poe gamer

Elemental hit bow based Juggernaut. Deathless Uber Elder, wrecking Syndicate on T16 like ordinary mobs, turns T16 erradicator into a joke. Map clearing like ele hit Deadeye. Great survivability on top, better then anything I designed so far.
