Don't nerf Syndicate encounters

Aah, the nerf patch hits today :( Not sure I can find time to play before it. Damn.

Less damage, less item buffs, less fort mobs, no offscreening. Welp. Back to facerolling all content without giving two shits about any map mods other than reflect.

The only bright side is that now I can start looking at which hypocrite raises their ugly head first.

I'm wrong... about what exactly? That I no longer need to care about map mods, just like before? No I'm pretty sure that quadruple nerf is enough to enable that.

I am very worried now, that the whole league mechanic will die. Nerfs are never good, as they always come with lower drop rates. Having a safehouse was great, I found a lot of good stuff there and a lot of veiled items dropped as well.

In future, these safehouses could become Delve 2.0. where all of a sudden, no more bosses appeared after they nerfed the damage down there. Leave along relic keys, not a single one...

Has happened at Beastiary too, beasts became easier to capture, but all of a sudden, they stopped appearing. Pre nerf, 3 boss beasts, after nerf just 2. We are talking of 1 week vs. 2 months... it´s hilarious and this has nothing to do with RNG.

I prefer hard content with great drops over easy content with none. Maybe I am alone with that, but then again, I don´t play 24/7, so I won´t profit from easier stuff, that just rewards play time and not skill.

How about sticking to your older thread and advocating for GGG to stop with the power creep and even nerf the crazy builds? Keeping syndicate members "challenging" by making them into damage sponge, one-shot wonders only serves to be a challenge for ridiculously OP builds, but outright frustrating for everyone else not playing them.

And in case it gets brought up: Just because 25% of the players on poe.ninja are running arc-based builds and 10% are running blade vortex and trivializing the game, it doesn't mean the remaining 65% are doing the same.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

For fortifications, they're not challenging IMO. My last fortification in a T2 map with a character that can do higher-tier maps was an absolute shitshow. The summoners were bringing in monsters almost as fast as I could kill them and I'm using one of the more powerful clear skills at the moment (arc traps). So your general complaint is that because your build is so bad that you can't get close to the objective, the game should be nerfed to your level? Don't worry, even if I hope no nerfs will come, I'm sure GGG rather listens to people like you.

The "what" for me is the same reason why you want it nerfed: there's now a chance that I might, for reasons other than making a stupid mistake thanks to brains being on autopilot, die during mapping.

Jokes aside. Just because you don't use 6 portals doesn't make the game easy. No character with over 6K HP should be able to be completely one shot without a reasonable broadcast of the attack. Reasonable is objective and I get that. Maybe your super Chad powers give you the ability to dodge attacks before they start. Maybe you Chad-hood makes you immune to death and being a good person. Whatever your objective reality is, the squeaky wheel gets the grease and your squeak is literally being drowned out by 99.9% of the PoE population. It's too hard, your just such a chad you can't fail, good for you. For the rest of us that live in reality, it needs to be nerfed.
