Is syndicate grossly overtuned?

I'm fine with them until I reach tier 8+ map.

With max all resist (chaos include) and 6.5k hp, this tier is just a cake walk for me.
(In previous league, I clear all content except uber with a lower defensive stat than this.)

But here, in Betrayal, tier 8 syndicate can slaughter me in seconds.
It just doesn't feel right.
I'm so fucking hate this League. Please give us a way to tune down the skilleffects from the Mobs. The biggest Problem for me is that i can's see anything until its to late. For the first Time in about 3k hours Playtime i am getting absolutly frustrated about Poe.
Did something changed about the Fortress encounter recently?
Previously if the door fall, no more adds will get summoned.
Now they constant summon until syndicate members are dead?

Syndicate members fight are fine as it is.
The REAL danger here, is the amount of adds and their high life pool.
Goat-forbid one with "allies cannot die" pops out...

I'm pretty sure adds have always spawned until syndicate members die regardless of if the door is opened or not

I'm not playing at low tier map anymore so dunno if it is due to the slower speed of the door killing.
I'm dead sure when I was levelling / low level map, if I burst down the door in 3 seconds, nothing get summoned afterward.

It's intervention, not interception. And if you've ever experienced an intervention, they're all about murder. Usually you want to murder the people staging it, but they're also trying to murder something in you. Aggressively.

Interception, on the other hand, is pretty much what we do with the Transportation division. I wonder if at some point in testing if it weren't actually called 'Interception' and, in a strange fit of Actually Giving A Fuck About English, TencentGGG were like 'nah, bru, they sound too alike. Bitter not.' (Chinese-owned company, sure, but they'll always sound like that to me. Because I'm exactly as Australian as they think I am.)

Now you have me wondering what passively trying to murder someone is like. I suspect there's an argument that TencentGGG do just that when they encourage people to play PoE for days on end...Teeheehee.

Seriously, though: Intervention's a fucking bitch and Tora is queen fucking bitch but hey, you can't win them all. And if you can, well, that's what hardcore is for. And if you expect to but can't, maybe temper your expectations. Something GGG have been telling their players to do for years, while at the same time letting player powercreep take over. Mixed fucking signals much?

Syndicate killed my tidehunter hs stunner so many times but not too many. As I have learned to avoid them levelstealers.
