[3.6] The Blizz Sorc - Icestorm/Winter Orb CI Occultist - Viable For Everything

I've played Whispering Ice for like 5 leagues as a main build and your tree pathing seems a bit alarming to me,is it really worth going all the way down to duelist to get VP? aren't you losing like an insane amount of damage?

If CI Icestorm is not a viable in 3.5 - I am skipping it, and will be back in 3.6 or 4.0 for another try.

For me there is no other fun than Icestorm.

I'm curious if we feel the winter orb contributes enough to our clear speed,

Would it be worth 6L the staff for the extra dps? (Eventually)

I guess not maybe because of the mana cost?

For leveling and SSF till u get ur Staff: Winterorb + cwc + freezing Pulse + GMP

Most brutal leveling experience I've ever had..
The leveling tree isn't really a leveling tree its a pathing all the way to VP and thats it.

What are you talking about? Ci always were viable. Especially in previous league, damn those dudes with 14k ES and absurd damage, running like it's nothing.
If anything, since the nerf of the berserker, CI is much more powerfull than life version.

What is your criteria in being "not viable", or are you just trying to troll?
