Sort of. It's channeled and stays over your head instead of flying off in target direction. Still, should dovetail nicely into CWC Ice Spear.

Looks like it will feel/play like a ranged Blade vortex.
Cast for a bit to get "stacks" walk for a bit... repeat. Looks cool. Hopefully that sound doesn't get annoying lol. The video was OD with the sound fx from the skill. |

If it is strong enough on it's own (Decent AOE and DMG), CWC w/ Lightning Warp. Never end the channeling and a movement skill.
It's always been a bad idea in the past to use LW w/ CWC so I expect that to continue to be a bad idea. But I'll try it anyway at some point. Thanks for all the fish!
