Article: Path of Exile players celebrate Diablo Immortal announcement

Neutral opinion: although there's a lot of... commotion in regards to DI, only a small part of it comes from people who are actually disappointed. Majority of it comes from drama queens and attention seekers. There's really not much doubts about the majority of current complainers getting DI if they're into mobile gaming.

AAA gaming is reaching its twilight years. Mobile gaming will be invested in more and more, because that's where the $$$ is (just look at Konami), and it's a lot safer than counting on a big title to succeed. AAA will turn into a niche a decade or two down the road.

A generational change is slowly but surely happening in the gaming world.

^ Huh. I guess things have progressed a lot further than I thought. Or maybe that should've been expected since someone like me, with very little active involvement in gaming scene, has managed to pick up on the signs of change as well :L

I think I'll skip the mobile generation and wait for AAA VR gaming to appear...
