The begining reveal of Delve showed a lot of good shit than the final product became dogshit.

Could also be a timing issue to be fair.

As a rough guess Id assume they need to produce marketing stuff at least 4-6 weeks prior to launch to edit audio and such into the video, distribute marketing material to journalists and so on.
If those are to release articles like 2-3 weeks prior to launch to fuel the hype train, then its fair to assume the marketing production does start like 4-6 weeks prior to launch.

At that point in time the mine might have looked like shown in the trailer.
I would also assume GGG is producing this marketing stuff the moment their test realm is up and running and there is no way they already balanced the content this early.


Im not trying to excuse anything here - so please spare me the usual "white knighting" accusations. This is just how it could have played out too without needing a tinfoil hat to explain that trailer.
And, well... I wasn´t expecting too much of anything before Delve started, and when I actually got to start Delving League it showed to be more likeable & fun then I actually expected it to be.
So, that is that with this case.
