The begining reveal of Delve showed a lot of good shit than the final product became dogshit.

Wow. Good thing I don't watch trailers. If I was expecting a Delve like that and got what we have now, I'd probably quit already.

Admittedly that looks more like a "league" feature than the "already core game" level shit we have now...
I really hope that GGG will step outside their streamer interview box a bit and do an in-depth interview article with I_NO. I'm convinced it will be an excellent read.
I don't know why GGG does this.

I knew that the crafts they teased were a 1 in 1,000,000 craft so I wasn't expecting anything.

I don't get why they hold back fun shit so much or make it so fucking rare that nobody even sees it. It so idiotically infuriating that I don't have anymore hype with the leagues. It's like they can't find a fucking middle ground at all.

Bestiary: Encounters were sooo fucking rare. Didn't buff until like a month into the league?

Incursion: Exact opposite... you could see the ENTIRE league before you even finished the 10 story acts. Shit was too shallow.

Delve: Show all this awesome shit but make it so that nobody sees them. If you DO see it the mods are so ridiculous that you probably won't beat it anyway.

This video is exactly why GGG has no player retention. They have no fucking understanding of where the "Just enough grind to be fun" line is. They have been releasing LEAGUES as if they are the "rolled-into-standard" version of the new mechanics. STOP WATERING THIS SHIT DOWN. THE ECONOMY WILL ADJUST REGARDLESS OF WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU THINK YOU KNOW.

It's fucking annoying.

I think the initial mine showed was a bit too excessive with rewards, if things come too easy with no investment, you lose part of the excitment of actually finding something good. why would you ever bother 'exploring' your mine if you just fall from one rewarding node to another, but the way the mine is now is too far in the other extreme, I haven't even managed to complete Delve encounters II yet because even what should be pretty basic nodes are soo incredibly rare that it is almost pointless looking for them and I have spent a good amount of time in the mine... heyho, some middle ground would be good

Yeah, that initial image with all that stuff seems a bit excessive, but to go from having 20 interesting nodes on the screen to having 0-2 is an overcorrection. If I go into the delve right now at level 340ish I can do about 23-24 hops. Something like that. It's entirely possible for me to go in and find nothing at all interesting in a full delve worth of sulphite.
It should not have taken them so long to make loot behind fractured walls good.

Ch alleges is a thing for some but believe or not most dont care. I am having most fun since Breach so Delve is a winner in my book.

Can anyone who is depth level 300+ post a few screenshots of their delve nodes layout, please?
it's a teaser example of what could be found, if they literally showed you a 20 minute video of how things actually are as the went further down the idiots would have flipped their shit.

I'm having an okay time with delve league. Made currency early selling fossils and funded my character quite nicely. My concern this league is the general lack of information.

If Aul only spawns sub-300 that's fine, but at least tell players. I have no idea where to delve to increase my chances of encountering anything. Only thing I noticed going sub-300 are currency nodes appearing more often.

It's cool to add content, but if challenges didn't exist I would have no idea there were bosses in delve.

P.S. when did GGG add "hidden treasure" chests?
they added those with just the latest patch. just like most things in poe they're generally worthless, but the chance of them dropping a headhunter is worth it every time
