Sulphite WP farming is stupid as hell.

its already tied to current party members. You have to be within 5 screens I think, in order to get the sulphite. Like others have said, he just runs around with a party, someone yells they have sulhpite, the guy hops over to him, and pops the sulphite vein.

Theres no real way to nerf this, without also hurting people who do it legit.
There's a certain class of players who fixate on a singular goal, determine the most efficient activity to reach that goal, and then repeat that activity ad infinitum. If you nerf that particular activity, the will move to repeat something else. You can't force them to engage in a wide variety of game content without it feeling forced to everyone. If someone wants to spend hours farming sulphite from Quarry, it's not really hurting anyone else, so let them.
cept it kinda does, if anyone wants to do legit solo delving thats not SSF. GGG should look at these top players, and look at what the next 100 or so players are at, figure those people are playing the system, and maybe reset their leaderboards. I mean, its not hard to see they are playing the system.

Or maybe just lock them out of non-SSF leaderboards for all leagues. Thats kind of harsh, but I am tired of getting spammed by the same three or four people, saying "XXX has reached delve depth of XXX." If I cared, I would take the time to look it up GGG. Making it pop up on the screen does nothing. Should let us disable it.
They missed a golden opportunity with sulphite in relation to the mapping system.

- sulphite needs to be increased by map modifiers
- maps should get a new implicit modifier "potential sulphite" and it should work something like this

A strand map should read

"potential sulphite : 1-2"

And a cells should read

"potential sulphite : 2-5"

Maps that are non-linear need to have increased sulphite node opportunity while linear ones need to have a reduced chance for multiple sulphite nodes.

At the same time map modifiers should increase the qauntity in a node by half the value of your "iiq %"(this is usually around 80% on normal maps, so would increase nodes by 40%) this would make sulphite farming a lot more engaging with the map system trying to find a "sweet spot" for your character or play-style.

This would make mining and mapping a system that is bound together in an interesting way rather then the obvious "go spam linear instances with speed build".

i actually don´t care about what player managed to get to delve level 6XX. If he did it by having aid of friends or solo, who cares. If it says SSF then it is really a achievement, but even then, nice for him gratz but it does not inflict my game.
And about the message, it is far not so annoying than having those selling agents spamming their offers by producing new accounts as fast as they got banned for the spamming. Much better this league, i have to say.
And if sometimes the tucan arrives to spam his message, i even laugh about it.

I agree. It doesn't hurt anybody else and it's not like it was different with cadiro coin farming and other leagues.

At least this league it cannot be traded (so no bots yay).

We could have a low chance of finding big sulphite deposites inside really deep delves too.

Some cart stops (encounters) have nodes around it which Niko will mine,

*edit* (The sulphite nodes have "life", and can be destroyed by monsters, yielding much less than if when they are intact. Kinda like a multi-breach/protect the Elreon relic thingy. The more and faster you kill monsters, the more sulphite Niko mines for you = boosting your travels further and faster)

which can be used by you to enter special side paths that are "super dark" that's why you need the extra brightness boost.

The delve has long dark shortcuts / go around routes which too require sulphite.

Now you don't have to make pointless surface stops to look for sulphite fuel,
but finding and using it inside the delve shafts as you go, can make you go faster and deeper than others who don't invest in sulphite management.
