Crashing to dashboard at login screen

Every time I start the game around 5 seconds after I get to login screen I'm sent to xbox dashboard, the game was fine until after I finished today's update to 3.2.4c. I have tried restarting my Xbox one but it doesn't work.

Can you try power cycling your Xbox and try to login again afterwards. See the attached link for more info. | |

The power cycle didn't do anything unfortunately

" Hmm, these are the first cases I've heard of this happening since the patch. Does this happen is you're just idling on the main page, or after you've pressed 'A' to login? I'd recommend trying to re-install the client if you can, it sounds like some of the game files could be in a bad state. | |

Ya I tried it and it doesn't work.

When you press A you get the splash screen for a bit then it revert
s back. |

I dashboard as well since the update.....and as someone else said, it is once I press A....

So if my understanding is correct, you launch the game, then when you press 'A' to login, it loads a screen which then crashes after some time has passed? Or you launch the client, see the Path of Exile splash screen, then crash back to dashboard before reaching the main login page?
