In a world that stresses resource consumption
I certainly like to see that GGG has more resources to work hard However, you have received the support or actual benefits of your sponsored support from the nature of the original independent vendor. What we players are pursuing is not a feeling of having fun. Most of them still support their ideas and persistence A game world and experience that realizes a dark atmosphere This is the transfer of feelings and missions. Reality anyway I do actually give action to support you in developing your ideas. When you buy GGG's 80% stake today, let other factories acquire It is also a country with the most ideological malice in recent years. A state-owned company under a land with a common concept of nation-building but most capital snobbery Isn't this a big malice to our past support for the idea? (You can't play monsters that are malicious against our players) (Reality is coming here now!?) Maybe POE will be better in the future? Maybe worse! The answer is of course different But objectively think about it... GGG what do you give up.... At first, a few groups were formed because of D2 fans’ wishes. You will be justified by their support and continuation Whether your persistence or philosophy can cause the game to reverberate or succeed, it is based on solid evidence. And now it is impossible to predict the majority of negative responses.... This worry and pity is also more practical than it actually is. We don't support enough? Or GGG, you actually gave up on your idea Nobody knows But you have to tell me that 80% of your assets have no words that do not interfere with your development This official scene speaks words like this To be honest, it is hard to make people have a good vision. Capital methods have always been dirty Someone should not doubt GGG's determination to develop But the reality of turning to capital when you give up your dreams will be more dirty So foreign forums and Twitter are worried that GGG has given up its determination to persist. This is really worrying I hope this is not the real exile of exiles... We will all watch quietly... |

" What kind of take is this? :D You do realise GGG is located in New Zealand, right? And purchasing a major stake at a videogame company doesn't "put their foot" anywhere. |

Not that my opinion matters much as everyone here has complained for almost 100 pages but I do want to say something. I invest in businesses all the time and have made most of my wealth across the seas. GGG got an amazing deal here financially and as long as they injected the creative reigns clause in the buyout paperwork, things should be "Ok". They are getting a financial backing by an organization known for the success in the marketplace; they wouldn't be an $800b firm without doing something right.
That said and mirroring as many concerns as everyone here, my support financially for GGG will go down significantly. Why should I spend my cash on a China-based 1000lb industry whale when the entire purpose for them to purchase was to make money. GGG may think that we are continuing to support the developers but in all reality, that doesn't matter as the profits are going to be distributed by China however they please. I agree financially about the decision but that doesn't mean I agree financially to continue supporting. I supported you guys because it was always an Indie company but now as all companies including Blizzard, the game will likely turn. If not in the immediate future, it will down the line. Prime example of every game out there like Diablo 3, Final Fantasy, Conan, etc... Games are dead because of what was introduced by the investors. I would really love to see the player spending curve over the next couple months and see how much you guys make in the long run - really hope the sale of your soul was worth it. |

Mark my words...
The founders got a bunch of the investment through company value...I predict that one or more of the founders is gone within 18 months. I say 18 instead of less because if TenCent was smart, they provide the investment conditional on the founders staying some length of time. |

This massively changes my perception of PoE.
I'm sure I speak for alot of players when I say I'm going to miss feeling like I'm part of something special. A f2p game from an independent dev team that did things so right, and made me WANT to support them financially. It worries me that myself and others are now going to spend less (if not zero) buying supporter packs because we won't like where our money is going. The cynical side of me feels like the end of something amazing has been ushered on to the horizon. |

stop bitching about, you dont want to give money to tencent and game will fail. 99% of the ppl posting that shit here spend money on LOL in the past years. And most ppl dont regret it. So calm down everyone we will see what awesome expansions we get now GGG has alot more ressources to make a even better gaming expierience.
