I_NO wasn't a bad guy and I didn't imagine him getting banned. It's simply the moderation that has got out of hand. Even innocent jokes between players are already censored and given a warning for. Context doesn't matter. See here:

The way GGG is handling things lately is making me speechless. There are laws and rules made to protect players but laws cannot exist without exceptions, especially when they're made as vague as they are right now. There is an immense lack of understanding completely basic psychology, philosophy and business by GGG.

As for the scam stuff, really, you guys should all start scamming until GGG has to do something about it. While it sounds unethical, it truly is the only option. Same thing goes for spam bots. As long as there is only 1 line every minute, it'll be ignored. Once everyone gets invested and angry, GGG will start doing something about it.

Namecalling is not allowed btw. If you get scammed.. shame on you. Get a build and do the shit for yourself (to avoid kill service scams) or make Screenshots with the Chat and contact the support (to avoid Crafting Service and Trade scams).

These forums are still better than reddit.

The best solution would be to ban these "vouch threads" as they aren't really vouch threads. Although, I_NO doesn't carry its self respectfully on this forum either so no big loss. We'll get a few days with out silly threads from one person (kind of like the vouch threads) then we'll go back to normal.

What did you expect from ggg? It's easier to punish randoms than to take any action against scammers/rmters.

There's a guy selling t16s in trade 820 with a couple of challenges under his belt.

Last week he was scamming whole parties and got everyone muted for harrasment when they asked for their money back and posted in trade about him.

This week he has a vouch thread. ggg doing their job.

Kind of surprised that they've allowed this thread to continue. Discussing moderation has always been a pretty quick lock. Good reason too. I would hate to have a job moderating a forum where people were allowed to question decisions without full information and I wasn't allowed to respond. Try to make their job a little easier guys. They're following their rules. We should too.
