They are using the word bullying in a more wide, general context (incorrectly in short).
I think what they mean, though I dislike speaking for others, is that some of her posts are sort of mean to n00bs. More like callous, actually. Nothing bannable or in any way, shape or form crossing a line, but certainly not the way to win a popularity contest. Pretty sure most people aren't looking to win one of those around here though! Btw, if I used a carrying service, I would certainly pick I_NO. Censored.

" Although that's true, some people need to learn nuanced thinking. Reality is not a binary system. People are not either bullies or extremely nice. I've mostly seen her call out bullshit when she sees it, which is just fine in my book. You have to be realistic about these things.
