Not only NO but HELL NO.

This has been a great league so far, with a great new mechanic. If people can't actually take the time to work with the league mechanic, they need to evolve how they play. I don't actually think a lot of players understand that you can "pre-toss" your net, then DPS your target. If you're just attacking things off screen, or the second them come into focus without identifying your target, you've got a lack of discipline. End of story.

I play a totem build and can't control what my totems do. My friend plays a minion build and can't control them either. We need to be able to capture the darn monsters!

If half the people say they want monsters to be alive when they capture them...THEN....I recommend instead of having low-life monsters that we capture, allow us to catch them while they are not low-life. That would be easier for any build to work around. Having monsters low-life makes it too easy to kill them and hard to control around and capture. :(

Definitely NO!

Dead meat is dead meat, you can only eat it, but not use it to capture power since the soul of the beast has gone away and rest in peace...

Btw it's kinda fun and more challenging when u need to keep up the monsters on low life to capture it instead of just killing everything randomly. However I think it might be better to spread the "low life" range available to succesfully capture the monsters. For example from 10% to 30% on some of the unique/rare monsters.
Capturing dead beasts makes no sense. The whole league is built around capturing the monsters alive,
keeping them alive in your menagerie and then sacrificing them at the blood altar.


How are you gonna make this work thematically ? Will there be a bunch of corpses in the menagerie
or will the net "ressurrect" them ?


GGG if you cave in and give in to the whiners, I´m gonna be disappointed.
Yeah there have been issues with the league, but "fixing" it by capturing dead monsters
is just gonna annoy the people who like the league and it´s not gonna convince the people
who dislike the league.

Alot of builds cant participate in the mechanic as it is because the mobs die offscreen instantly.

Id say so, but this is not exactly what I personally need. I'd like to see balancing between yellow and red special mod mobs, because yellows are so squishy that I almost always 1shot them, never have time to capture them when there are like 3-4 dozens of other mobs around me, and completely opposite, red ones are so stupidly fat that I literally have to spend 2-5 minutes to kill them because 50% of the time they always have all of the most disgusting mods at once. Extra life, armoured, life regen, frenzied, and a damn Soul Eater, I get soul eater so many times, how am I supposed to kill this if it was fat af even before it ate 40 more mobs by the time I managed to come close? This slows so much, and not even that, but I started just simply skipping them beause they are way too annoying while I still count the whole idea of the league and new crafting arena awesome and hope that GGG will leave it forever for future patches.

yet another alt account pumping the "yes" scale. God this poll is so rigged. And even with all of those alt accounts that have nothing to do with Bestiary league, the NO option is still almost at 50%.
