Revamped Ascendancy Class Reveal: Ascendant

Damn Champion was nerfed quite a bit, interesting as I didn't think people really used it.

Before Assasin was better for trash mobs but now it is kinda interesting also for silngle powerful enemies.

ascendant is the new cheap tier 1 for block build = necromancer+gladiator
ascendant is the new cheap tier 1 totem build = chieftain+heirphant

ascendant defense is boken and op. necromancer+gladiator

stone of lazwar+aegis aurora+gladiator=100% spell block chance conversion
necromacer+sprit offering = pseudo aegis aurora

Thats alittle harsh... there are plenty of great builds with scion. Especially slayer + most anything else.

her slayer is pretty crap, its basically a rly strong 1 node pick, its about as strong as getting 1 of the good nodes in another good class. So then you get a second, and you get the 5 extra regular passives and the dual start... now you have a class thats about as good as about 2.5, at best 3 of the 4 nodes you get with other subclasses that are actually good. That leaves scion in the dust.

fk supports, who cares about supports? dunno what game ur playing but the one Im playing anyone with a fairly good build is absolutely annihilating the entire world. If I were to take serious endgame builds I play and party up with someone in my guild like foxtactics to run some maps it would literally be whos the fastest mover, because whoever got to the pack or the boss first would completely obliterate it instantly even in a 2 man, 3 man party without support. Why the hell would anyone need or play a support? What is the point of them?

You think Im gonna roll a character whos job it is to run along behind someone else who one shots the entire game regardless of me being there or not, and I just run along and pick up loot? Thats what ur telling me the scion is good at? Running around in the wake of a proper class just looting the corpses theyre making? An entire class and when pushed for something it does thats what shes got going on? you came up with support?

Maybe a party of scions could do with a support because theyre running around with 70% of the power of any proper subclass? Even then I doubt it.


Omg this support doubles my damage!!! and if she was just playing the same build as me she would also double our damage coverage, but shes not.

Sry if that offends any long term support players out there but Im guessing theyre too busy sitting in global 1 begging people to let them party with them because their friends are offline and their shit build needs to leech off another player who rly doesnt need them to exist. Players dont need supports, supports do however need players.

Just pointing out that its garbage and it really shouldnt be because some of us actually like playing good subclasses and it would be nice if scion was actually an option.
