Yet again you miss the point. You are talking about 2 different things.

multi-logging is NOT THE SAME as multi-boxing.

multi-logging = EASY mode
multi-boxing = very hard to do in POE.

Learn the difference and at least argue about the same thing.

The fact is people DO do this, and despite the "challenge" it represents, once you have overcome that challenge through your 3rd party programs, your multiple PC's or expensive single machine, or even through your sheer skill level - you have gained an advantage over other players that they cannot duplicate within the game environment.

By every definition of the concept, even your own, you are a cheater.

Cheater.

So tell you what, you go ahead and keep on cheating. That's fine. I don't think its wrong to cheat if it is what you enjoy.

But you cannot deny that you are what you are.

On a side note: multiboxing goes hand in hand with botting and other HIGHLY frowned upon and ban worthy methods of attaining the SAME GOALS - to gain an unfair advantage over other people.

You cannot deny that either. You can cloud things with your funky descriptions but in the end it IS INDEED WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

I'm talking about multiboxing, not multilogging. In multiboxing you gear each character you use, not funnel all drops to a single character.

Maybe you should read the discussion before chiming in?

I dont think that would occur soon, but one day without some sort of change, yeah, I can see that happening. Its always going to be a problem with a market that never loses its value. So long as the economy sets and festers, there will be more and more items and currency. Multiboxing just expedites the problem.

Remember carbon paper? You'd write something, let's say a term paper, on a piece of paper with carbon paper under it and it would copy what you wrote to a second piece of paper under the carbon paper. That's replication. Automation would be something that wrote your term paper for you.
