Boots, gloves, amulet are all in need of upgrades. Don't worry if you can't get gripped gloves with good stats. Just get life and resists if you can't afford gripped.
Overcapped resists you mean for elemental weakness ? Don't go for that. Just make sure they're capped and when you're doing elemental weakness maps just use a bismuth or a warding flask.
Leave the rings for last but they need an upgrade too.

Your gear is good so the next upgrade will be expensive. First you have to decide if you're gonna wait to get a 6L Belly. That would give you even more life but it's expensive.

The armour you have has a lot of life and you can get to Shaper with it so you can keep it for now. My recommendation would be to keep the armour and replace everything else. Also it's time to replace the Carnage Heart. You'll need more jewels later so you might want to save some money for that too.

Thanks for the tips! The jewel was indeed a great bargain. But the price was 15c and not 5^^ comparable were all at approx 1 ex.

I have a few more questions:
1) How important is the dmg-roll on the scourge claws? Is it worth looking for better ones?
2) Is sin's rebirth necessary/ recommended or are two dmg flasks (diamond, atziri's promise) sufficient?
3) How high should the accuracy be? I currently have 86% chance to hit (1920 rating).

A very good claw can give you 20K more damage than a very bad one, so rolls are important. However it's best to sort out all you gear and then get the best claws you can afford.
Of course Sin's is highly recommended. It gives you 40-50K more damage with good gear. And it's triple use !! It's expensive though so get everything else first.
Your accuracy should be higher. I always aim for at least 90% chance to hit. 86 is too low.

Since you have money you should replace everything with higher life rolls. You can keep the armour although it's not great. Of course the gripped gloves are better, they have a lot more life.

biggest problems are probably rings and jewels I guess

Well the first thing you should do is get 5L on that Belly. If you don't want to take your chances, The Jeweller's Touch is 20c. Then go for rings and amulet. Also change all your jewels.

What do you think about corrupting the scourge claws to 30% quality via bestiary crafting (if it would affect the sockets, it wouldn't make sense)?

I have no idea how that would work. I haven't bothered with beastcrafting or any other aspect of this crap league. I suppose 30% quality would give you a tiny bit more damage.

what about using 1 Bloodseeker claw and 1 scourge?

I did corrupt mine to 30 quality, adds quite a bit to damage actually for the cheap upgrade it was.

As far as I know there is no chance to ruin your item like a normal corruption the only drawback is you cant change colors later obviously.

Figured if I change my mind later on a new claw with 260-265 dps cost about 10-15c atm so wasnt a big risk :)

Can't you modify them with Vorici like regular corrupted items ?

Checked PoB, you're right the damage increase is pretty nice. Guess I need to do that too :P
