Kind of an anti-synergistic item. Most builds don't bother building mana unless they go MoM. And a MoM build certainly wont want to be reserving mana, especially for a defensive stat as weak as armour.
I suppose if you aren't reserving any mana and disregard the last two mods its a solid bunch of mana, but the lack of life and mediocre resist amount hurts. 21/05/18 - The beginning of the end of PoE
