Are you Glacial Cascade yet?

People seem to think this jewel will "cast" an additional GC while it really "just" adds one more of the small bursts. If you read GC gem it mentions these bursts. 2 Jewels = 2 extra bursts and while it is powerful I still think having 2 good crit multi jewels + conversion helmet enchant will do more damage than the 2 threshold jewels and damage enchant on helmet. However it will be waaay more accessible to people not willing to put the currency into enchant farming/buying.

The weakness of the build is the low hp/defense and it tends not to do too well vs encounters with chaos damage.

GC might not have needed the "help" since it did fine early game already. End game won't be changed much. I predict seeing a lot of people playing the build though. GC miners are very popular in the mayhem race already.

Um... how? It doesn't add any power or anything a gc miner would need vs shaper. Cold conversion isn't necessary when you've got mine supports and passives that can scale both damage types fully (and keeping the 40% phys means it doesn't need to deal with ressits), and extra range does nothing for bosses.

I did try gc in the most recent beta. It is a weird skill for self cast imo. I found it hard to face tank bosses with admittedly crappy gear. I'm not sure the threshold jewels sway me as The 100 % conversion didn't really need help either. Maybe with excessive min maxing on overlaps for the waves with conc effect it will get ridonkulous tho.

Can anyone tell me whats the difference will be if i use GC with traps? And why everyone uses GC mines not GC traps? Shouldn't they give same amount of damage ?

Get in the "shit" of a huge t15-16 mob; fuck bosses, lol; GC will not only get you killed, but leave you asking, "why'd they make this dumbass skill anyway". LOL, and I say this with love. Lacerate is FAR superior to GC in EVERY way.
