It's showing the Witch after the fight against High Templar Avarius in the Sanctum of Innocence. My eyes are burning, but I hope you like it!

WOW. I liked your Nessa/Scion slightly better. But i must say my hopes for top 20 is slowly dimminishing. This one is by far the best entry so far imo. Can i ask if this is purely photoshop painting, or do u sculp any 3d first?
Thank you. It's purely Photoshop. I just used a photo reference for the background, to get the shapes of the arcs and columns right without ridiculous perspective work beforehand ;)
