What are your thoughts on Charging Offense? Close to the beginning of the tree, and offers both frenzy and endurance charges along with some attack speed. I believe it would work with cyclone as it is considered channeling now.

" Gonna have to wait until final gem info is released, but I can tell you chance to bleed appears to be the least amount of damage, then maim, then damage on full life. If someone chooses to go for impact instead of brutal fervour I would recommend to swap dmg on full life.
