Uh... Chris hasn't been a mod/admin there for a while now. In fact, it would be a bit of a reddit no-no for any GGG staff to be in any position like that over there...

I'm not saying Reddit has any less bitching than this forum, but in my experience the bitching on Reddit tends to come from people that at least understand the most basic mechanics of the game before they go on a tirade. This forum is a landing strip largely for crybabies that don't even understand what they are mad about in the first place in many cases...

People that disagree with your opinion aren't "white knights", a white knight is someone who unreasonably defends someone or an idea in completely illogical or unproductive ways.

If your opinion drop rates are shit in this game, and people go "well I like shit drop rates". That doesn't mean they are white knights.
