Thanks for the awesome build. Still have a lot better rares to upgrade to, but already at 7.2k life and the damage is already amazing.


This is the first league I've tried to kill shaper and got this on my third kill:

How do you folks have enough Int for the gems? At level 81, following exactly the tree in the OP, I'm short on int for the blue gems at level 18 or so. That's with Carnage Heart. I'm sitting at 81 int.

I have some int on my boots and 1 jewel. Also if you get a carnage heart with perfect all attribute rolls that helps a lot.

What about chance to bleed for the extra phys dps? Is faster attacks good?

Been having a lot of fun using this build while leveling up. I don't even have the endgame gear and things just melt.

Only thing I'm wondering is what to take with Pantheon ?

I would recommend Soul of Arakaali with Herald of Thunder upgrade, so that when your Immortal Call procs while you're under Blood Rage, you'll get the recover bonus which increases the health regen, combine that with your leech and it's pretty good in my opinion. If you want faster pack clearing then just go Soul of Lunaris. As for the minor Pantheon, I'd recommend Soul of Ralakesh to reduce the damage of Blood Rage.

With a retch you are guaranteed to run into resist problems. The carnage heart does not add anything to leeching. I leech 1900 on hit, the carnage heart adds 20 on hit. The damage that comes from it is nice, but can be compensated for with a high phys roll on amu (lose like 2k in damage). The attributes can be easily made up elsewhere (boots, ring, amu). And we get a nice liferoll on top of that aswell. I switched it out and i'm now ele weakness capped without running purity of elements. I think this would be a nice tip addition to your post.
