From Nightmare into Dream - no way to accomplish quest

Just finished doing rerun on my old character in standard - and last mission is bugged. Mission says to find Zana in Templar Laboratory. I have question mark on map but she isn't there. I talked with her in town but still can't progress from here.

I am having same issue.

I used map machine with a map, quest was done but can't receive any reward and there is no Zana in Temp Lab or town.

Do you have to find her, even if you already did before 3.0? If not: what's the benefit of the quest?
(Didnt do much of game yet, and only in challenge league)
