Have any of you folks tried doing what the patch notes say to do, which is to talk to Eramir? None of you have /mentioned/ doing it that I noticed as I skimmed the thread...

From the patch notes:
" None of which seems to be working. The emboldened section above is unclear to me. Does this indicate I will receive the two passive points, unless I specifically want something else? I spoke to Eramir, there's nothing in his list of conversations that allude to this (books, points etc.) I also tried killing all Bandits, but they didn't offer any options or amulets. |
