Righteous Fire in 3.0
Using conc effect and increased aoe is fine for RF, they both work, but the increased aoe does not just outweigh the aoe decrease from conc effect, as one is a less aoe and the other is increased, not more...

Highest damage would probably be:
4L - Using Delirium/Horror item (For 30% More DoT/Ele damage) RF (So you have the skill) Conc Effect (54% More Damage) Burning Damage (79% More Damage) Elemental Focus (49% More Damage) For a total of 212% more damage. If Chance to Ignite works with RF (Which, all sources I have access to indicate it doesn't), then you'd swap it in for Elemental Focus for an additional 30% more damage. 6L You'd add in Increased AoE 20% quality (10% More Damage) Efficacy (24% More Damage with quality bringing another 10% More Damage) Allowing for a total of 256% more damage (286% if CTI does in fact work) Last edited by Tarille#6639 on Jun 15, 2017, 2:36:02 PM

IIRC Rapid Decay works on RF Totems as the Spell Totem Support has the Duration tag on which the Rapid Decay can latch onto.

I have mained righteous fire life based with 1k+ strength for the past 3 months. I currently have it on a 4 link with delirium craft for 30% more dmg, tho this will change in 3.0.
For 3.0: Links: -Elemental Focus -Righteous Fire -Increased Burning Damage -Conc Effect -Increased AOE q20% -Efficacy (q20% gives 10% increased dot and 15% more dot at level 1, might be 30% more dot at level 20, but it´s still better than the current delirium craft) |

" Rapid Decay doesnt work with RF and theres no point in running Conc AND Inc AOE together. (Although some do including myself on RF Casters just depends on what RF is for on the build.) You only need a 4L period. Preferably in a Essence crafted Helm or Gloves. (30% DOT or Elemental work) RF Inc Burn Focus Inc aoe/Conc Swap for boss. Now as far as the new supports.. We'll just have to see those will have to be tested. Efficiency looks promising just hope it doesn't work like Rapid Decay requiring a duration tag on the skill to effect it. Would be cool if they made it so we had some good reasons to run a 6L setup for it but at this point that's simply not the case. There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation.
