Leaked 3.0.0 unique belt. It's causing a shitstorm on Reddit; they can't decide if it's good or bad

I don't see how this would be useful even on an Aegis build. A life based Aegis build can always just get a 6L Armor + ES chest if they want more ES, and/or use a rare belt in that slot that has both ES and HP rolls, as well as resists.

Spreading your resists out on as many slots as possible really makes the entire build cheaper to do. Because you don't need to roll 40% triple resists on anything, and that lowers the cost for each piece of gear considerably. You shouldn't need to spend more than 10-15c on a rare helmet, boots, belt as long as you spread your resists out. It's possible you can free up an amulet slot and one ring slot, that doesn't need any resist rolls, and get pure DPS stats. And it'll still be cheap because of no resists. So get resists from slots that have little to no DPS stats that can be rolled, and go full DPS on the slots that roll the most DPS mods.

Using this belt makes no fucking sense, on any build IMO. If I have to give up resists on a belt slot, that means I'm gonna have to fork over multiple EX to make those resists up on another slot, or have to get a resist amulet instead of a DPS amulet. Which means I lose DPS to gain......ghost reaver? LOL.

I dont see it being real great, but then again im not a real advanced theory crafter
I dont see any any key!
This honestly looks terrible like you know how you take a dump right and it splashes? That's basically what this belt is.

If someone does come up with a build that uses this belt, it's not gonna be a cheap build to make, but a very expensive one, and it probably won't be that efficient from a cost to performance ratio.
Who are you guys even kidding no one is giving up hh for this or any other belt

A HH is expensive. Belt of the Deceiver, Meginord's and decent rare leather belts and rustic sashes aren't.
You have to be realistic about these things.

well that and in most leagues HH is really really hard to get, legacy is a bit of an exception

This belt is BIS for righteous fire build... There I've given away the million dollar answer. Enjoy!!!

Let me gather my thoughts people:

1. Chaos less likely to kill you with flask (chaos DMG does not bypass ES) or gear.
2. Ghost reaver is actually a staple of a good RF build. Now we have life leech on ES for RF!!!
3. No more traveling and wasting points to get to Ghost reaver, the belt lost of stats compensates because you now have way more extra node points. To add to life, dps or resistances.
4. Regardless if righteous fire chews away at your life it will start chewing away at ES first. I suppose using a stop burning flask would be part of the rotation.

Let's further continue by saying I am truly against having more than two uniques on any character. So finding a perfect path for all the nodes you need will be easier.

Yeah, 16% seems quite a bit low.. Basically you have to evade all attacks for 6.25 secs for full effect. Most likely it would work out best with high amounts of evasion to drag out time i assume. Thou smth like 25%-30% leech rate would be def. better.

Edit: have to check leech rate mechanics..
