Leaked 3.0.0 unique belt. It's causing a shitstorm on Reddit; they can't decide if it's good or bad

Yeah, the downsides are what kills it.

Though, to talk about your first post about what makes it "Build Defining" is the fact that it is the only way to Leech both Life and ES in the game so far. Taking GR means no Life can be Leeched and not taking it means no ES can be leeched.

If this belt didn't have literally a million drawbacks to it, on top of having a mediocre effect, with literally its only redeeming feature being this unique Leech situation, it would be very much a build defining item, since it would open up Hybrid builds that aren't Shadow Evasion + ES Recharge builds (Or similar)

I mean, technically, there's always The Sorrow of the Divine flask for temporary ZO, but the belt comes with inbuilt management where you'll always be leeching the most relevant health (While SotD would require you to manually cancel the buff if you wanted to switch from ES regen to Life regen)
