In all seriousness, is 9k life as hard to get as 25k ES?

it is possible, yes even without kaom's heart

but it is hard if you want to have enough damage nodes at the same time, basically you need to trade damage for max life to have 9k life, with full damage nodes you are most likely looking a 6.2k without kaom, and this number is for strength base around lvl 90, still very hurting for dex/int oriented classes, how many people give up a life base bow char because they only have 4.2k at lvl 85 and get one shot every 20 maps

The fact that you even have to compare 9k life to 25k in order to try to make your argument is laughable. Ignoring the obvious fact that your 25k es player is also going to have life, THIS IS STILL AN OFFSET OF 16000 effective hit points lol

Its not my argument, its the very top line in tne ES change manisfesto, and were just discussing that.

I've never achieved more than 7k life without a Kaom's. Currently sitting at 7,700 (at level 90). How is 9,000 health reasonable? I'd sacrifice ALL my damage...



Even using a Shield & 1H'er I cant manage to get 9,000 life

The manifesto says upwards. People easily hit 25k es with good damage when CI had a 50% more multiplier, gear had more ES on it and the end game was Maelstrom of Chaos.

Really? Ive got 4.5k on my average geared gladiator at lvl 85, and still have two life notables left.

I started on a pure life marauder but I got distracted by other games atm. Bellys are actually common and super cheap, Ive had two of them drop.

i've actual got both kaoms (non legacy) and belly, i just tend not to use them because they are gimmiky, same with the fancy flasks and even stuff like cast on damage taken - immortal call.

Same reason i don't bother with any ES character (even though i have the gear to get 10kish ES)

My highest life achieved was on my RF totem guy with belly i think it was like 7400 or so, and that was taking like every life node.

Harder.
