" 1/ The "sentences's" stuff was the guy before me. Just saying ^__________^ You are jumping in every single taunt like a 12y old kid. You didn't get a single piece of my references, taking every single sentences's as a direct punch, instead of a flick. A good customer overall. " You mean "there's a clear distinction"? However, I said language, not words nor spelling. Language is what you get from using the right words (correct spelling is a bonus in written language, since it can help to avoid misunderstandings) and correct grammar. " This is often the case, granted. But using grammar the wrong way can prevent people from understanding a sentence just the same as can using a (or several) wrong word(s). People often use "effect" when they mean "affect" (and possibly vice versa) or "literally" when they mean "not at all" - still most people understand what they mean. The human brain is a marvel! You just choose to believe that one is a problem and the other is not to excuse your grammatical mistakes. " Possibly. I'm not perfect. I try to use the right words and I don't often call people out on their mistakes, unless, like you, they tell people they should use a dictionary or take English lessons while making quite a few mistakes themselves. " Granted, due to the baffling error correction the human brain is capable of, we can understand simple sentences quite well, even if there are severe grammatical mistakes, while using completely wrong words might make the sentence completely unintelligible. However, in more complex structures, wrong grammar can be just as fatal. So you are, of course, right when you say that the choice of the right words is more important than correct grammar. Saying that "grammar is not important", however, clearly falls into the category "wrong usage of words", since grammatically it is correct. And when you say above that I misunderstood things... could it not be that what was misunderstood was either grammatically, orthographically or semantically incorrect or at least ambiguous? " Nothing wrong with the genitve here. " Although it would probably more commonly be "Even if the grammar of a sentence is wrong...". " sorry the "real 12y old kid" is you. All you did was evade and trying to change the topic when your argument has been put to shame such as 1) the fact that you're using your RNG as a PERFORMANCE INDICATOR to judge whoever is better at the game 2) an exposed lie. The fact you made a post in response to my post and claiming that it was not directed at me. 3) calling the police over such trivial matter. 4) bringing unrelated matter or scenario to the case LOL " Hey Dad, I think I got a bish fig there, would you help me bringing it back?" All you did was evade. |

You forgot the fact you attacked me on something somebody else wrote ? :D
Or are you just evading? You are so angry, you do not even get the different people writing in the thread. Btw, sarcasm = evade for you I guess. Made my day. Stream : twitch.tv/squallionX

" I don't know anything about your chaos and elemental resistances, but you obviously have + to max. Irony resistance and are way overcapped. As to 2) - the only thing that was directed at you was the remark "I'm way better...". The other stuff about sucking at grammar etc. in the disclaimer was directed at himself. A good indicator is the use of the word "I", which usually refers to the person writing something, not to the person reading the disclaimer (or whatever other kind of text). For this English offers a variety of pronouns such as "he/ she/ it", "they", "you". It's really fascinating. Bird lover of Wraeclast

Mikrotherion,
he just though I said that : " Because it was the post just before mine. I think he got my disclaimer, but got stuck to the "sentences's tipo" stuff. For the Irony/sarcasm stuff, you are pretty accurate. As you said, It is fascinating, lol.
