EVERYTHING Temper said is exactly right. Times change. Fashions change. People have the memory capacity of damned cracks in the sidewalk which is something that does NOT change, however. I had bad day yesterday and could have gleefully killed someone but didn't. Day 9 here and no smoking. Waiting for the magical time I've been promised where this shit gets easier. :( I still get cold clammy sweats and don't know why, but not as often. I still have cravings but every time I go out in public and there is someone smoking a cigarette, the smell makes me want to vomit. You just have be strong mentally and remember all of the negatives that come with smoking. Remember when I won a screenshot contest and made everyone butt-hurt? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
