They will make loot system similar to d3 where you dont see other party member loot.
They will add mercenaries to help and follow you in game.
some kind of mechanic that logically, though not prohibitively, ties weapons and armor to classes. So rangers will have advantage to use bows over witches doing so; shadows with daggers; marauders with axes; etc. As it is currently, just having the nodes nearby is not enough and so many weapon types get ignored.
I'm going to guess it has to do with leveling/questing.. maybe making waypoints account/league-wide, and either having dynamic zone levels, or just having players farm ledge/sin/docks/lake or whatever once they're done with their first character. This seems kinda simple but some change is definitely needed with act 5 coming in, and simply removing cruel just reduces the problem instead of fixing it, so it could be a good time for a major rework.


Or maybe something to make pvp a thing... Haha just kidding.

rebalancing old uniques as the game changes, meta changes and overall power level changes.

You guys are going to make all legacy items drop in the next league.

Active class swapping system, in which the player can change between a couple of passive setups/gear sets on the same base character type in an area, so to fix up some of the balance problems related to build viability in various areas of the game, as well as provide greater late-game combat variety?
