Guess I've been bad this year :( Box shows up in my micro transactions tab, but not in-game. Unless I'm doing something wrong; which is entirely possible.

Boxes should show up immediately. The last time, the lag was due to too many people trying to claim their boxes at once. If it's really not there (the small ones are easily overlooked - try "box" in the stash's search bar), email Support (support@grindinggear.com) and they'll take a look.

To everyone who didnt get the box: email the support and they will take a look asap.
I emailed them like 10 minutes ago and now i received an answer so fucking fast. I didnt expected it to be replyed that fast - probs to the GGG Support. You guys are awesome. ___________________________________________ For everyone who's interested: i get the arcane flame ho decoration. Its okay, i like to decorate my ho anyways so i will definitly make a use of this. Thanks to GGG for this and happy holidays to all of you. |
