Thoughts on a Blight build similar to this vs Berserker RF for 3.0?

I've been dickin around with PoB to prep for 3.0, looking at regen/recharge builds. From what I can see, Berserker RF would be superior in almost every way but single target, and even then RF is much stronger defensively, since you can move around with consistent DPS. I played a RF Jug to 97 in one of the recent voided races so not sure if I'm feeling playing it again so soon.

On paper, RF outclasses Blight in just about every way but is it different in practice? Is Blight better than I think it is?


PoB DPS stats for the 2 builds I have in mind are:


30.6k Effective DPS per DoT with Inc. AoE & 20 wither stacks on Blight

vs.

365k Effective DPS with Inc. AoE RF

What happened to the passive trees?

the skill tree is dead :(
