The Goddess Bound - Build ideas

I have all my items in a pile.

All ready to level up the gems and add to them some quality.

Well except a Lithe Blade.

Is there a good place to farm those?

I wonder how good blade fury would be with her as the one-handed sword?

not that I know of, just gotta set up item filter to get Lithe Blade(s) and then spam Jewellers, or do what I did and buy a 6-socket Lithe Blade, not sure if some people are still selling those

I usually use NeverSink's filter.

Is it easy to turn on the item to show?

Just tried it, and it's actually pretty nice.

Now, I'm sure any forum vets/lurkers know I'm a hipster, so I sometimes prioritize appearance over mechanics.

I was vacillating back and forth between using Blade Flurry and Reave. Blade Flurry is definitely stronger, but I'm not a fan of the neon green explosions and laser beams. However, Concentrated Effect does make the guady garishness of Blade Flurry a little less obnoxious, and I found that once I started playing around the max stacks of Blade Flurry (which acts like a mini-Flameblast in terms of game mechanics incentives), I found that the explosions didn't bother me too much.

In conclusion, I would definitely be won over and forever switch to Blade Flurry if:

-Blade Flurry damage was nerfed (I said I was a hipster, didn't I?)
-Blade Flurry visual effects more closely portrayed a Melee Attack

Currently, I'm won over, but very tentatively, y'know? Like someone just pushed me off the fence, but I'm not frolicking in the middle of the field yet.

Give it a try on The Goddess! For most of you, you won't be disappointed.

EDIT: Why do I feel so dirty when I use BFlurry!??!?!?!?!

My Flame Guy his 66 last night.

I have her made and in my grubby little paws.

Ignore the gems .... gonna rebuild my main attack now that bleed/poison and all those other things work again.



Need to get my fire resist back up. Scorned was a good chunk of it.

Wonder if I can handle the degin from Her Blessing and Blood Fury.... ?

I recommend purity of fire when using her. It really helps.

Not being able to use : really sucks. Oh Well.

I hear Vitality can also help quite a bit.

Prob going to put on as well. The more degin the better.

After reviewing all the attack/melee gems Flicker Strike looks like the best gem to me - provided I can manage the needed charges.

Damn right, I'm loving it at the moment on my Lvl 54 Shadow. Just about to take on Cruel Malachai using some of the most rubbish gear you've ever seen but I'm enjoying the challenge of having to flask at the right time, whirling blades continuously into a good position, and pay attention to monster mods!

I fully expect to die a number of times in the final fight before I get into Merciless but then again, I thought the same about the Kaom and Daresso fights and I just managed to survive both of those.

Told you it was rubbish :) Like my hipster friend however I can't bring myself to swap out either the Goddess Scorned or the Cloak of Flame, they just look too beautiful together!
