Yeah, except not really. Long-term ignoring is actually stupid and I clear my list every league. Why would I want to effectively shrink the community of a multiplayer game, a game wherein multiplayer interactions add value to my experience (e.g. trading), especially when, to begin with, it's a niche game that's not very popular compared to mainstream games?
Sure, I'm super salty when I ignore people -- who isn't?
But, when you click "Ignore" in that situation, let's admit that most of the time what people (kids-these-days) seem to think they're really clicking is "I hope this motherfucker's house burns down with them in it".
So, continuing that line of thought: either the house burned down, or it didn't, and either they were in it, or they weren't.
You keeping them on ignore list any longer than was necessary to temporarily shut them up isn't going to change things one way or the other.
Yeah, except that if you have to deal with scammers it's nice to keep them ignored.
Also you might like to clear your list every league to not "shrink" the community, but I don't feel that this game has such small user base to feel the need to do not shrink it: I don't see how even one thousand people are going to make any difference.

From time to time, my ignorelist seems to become full, and only way to get a new person on that list is 1 of 2 options, write down on a piece of paper who you ignorelist, and remove one of them manually(much work), OR clear the full ignore list(kinda lame, as most ppl on that list deserves to stay there).
Why is there a limit to this ? why cant i be allowed to put ALL players on that list?
is there any plans of making the ignorelist unlimted and manageable ? maybe as an MTX version for dollars ?
I made a similar thread. Ignore list is a great way to avoid spammers and scammers and strain your eyes less, until you hit that useless limit...
+1 Need limitless ignore list.
