Is RT underwhelming?

RT is really really good, it's just not flashy. Which ironically is the flavor text on RT.

I don't belive you sir. Math is against you on this one. And everyone knows it.

Everything else is overwhelming.

I also found it funny that my RT build nowadays reks himself on reflect. Used to be this holy grail of reflect impunity, which made it a solid choice on-top of the "always hit".

Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes
And next on Path of Exile forums: ten pages of comparing one keystone to 5+ clusters.
Would help if RT builds had more survivability.

like -> All Non-Unique Flasks gain 3 charges when you take a hit XD that should help.

*Inb4 GGG see this comment and goes like ->
2.5 Patch notes
*Master Surgeon no longer recharges unique flasks
*Harvest No longer recharges unique flasks.
*Effects that recharge flasks on Crit will never in the future recharge unique flasks again

That sounds amazing.

Only useful in PvP though. Not really the sort of buff that people are likely to appreciate.

Welp, brain fart. Forgot monsters don't even have dodge or block chances. Mostly just liked the idea of it in general and didn't think about the pvm or pvp mechanics at all.

More than RT being underwhelming, I would say that crit scaling in this game is completely fucked, it's ridiculous how crit can scale.

Reduce that scaling, balance the game accordingly, and RT will look better again.

It will reduced the risk of high level crit OS at the same time, seems almost too perfect ...
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
RT is definitely a godsend for builds that don't use Crit Multiplier or high accuracy. Recently I swapped to Atziri's Disfavour and I was trying to figure out how I was doing less damage than Kongor's Undying Rage. I had forgotten to reapply my passive skill point to RT after swapping.
Resolute Tecnique:

- Your hits cannot be evaded
- Never Deal critical strikes
- Your chance to hit(100%) is rolled on every hit you deal, and applies more damage at 20% of the value of the rolled number(if you roll 80 you get 16% more damage on that attack).

For the longest time i defended RT for being great for tanky builds who do not want to spend much on offense, since going crit takes alot of investment in both passives and gear. That was the case before, with aegis builds and others making really good use of RT. However nowdays they best way to be tanky is to have absurd damage, so....

Idunno why people think accuracy is worth a ton, there are very few builds that need accuracy, have 0 dex /accuracy or room for it on their gear, and get 0 nodes with accuracy bonuses. Node has been outdated for some long.

Compare it to elemental overlord which is 40% more damage when you crit but you no crit multi, it's vastly more useful then rt.
