Is RT underwhelming?

After playing an RT starforge it wasn't bad it was just you know medicore? 100% accuracy sure like non-crit elemental have overload that's good stuff right there.

Why not do something with RT similar to that?

RT may need some small increased or more damage to compensate for how much more ideal crit builds tend to be favored for. Needs the elemental overload sort of setup as never missing seems to be lack luster compared to crit with fairly decent accuracy.

How about an increased/more attack-damage cluster behind the RT keystone? You know, like the one behind CI or BM.

RT is really really good, it's just not flashy. Which ironically is the flavor text on RT.
