Here's a +1, but I really doubt GGG cares about how-ever-many players are in Vladivostok or siberia... Russia is just too damn wide.

She cloaks the world
In impenetrable darkness

Dont worry guys ur not only ones that suffer, there are lacks in gateways in Europe as well, you just had a privilage of Garena multiple gateways placed all over Russia it self.

Im from South of Poland and my average ms is 40 - 70 (with occasional spikes). Its not HC viable for me as well. (Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris and London. All have the same MS for me)

Does GGG partner with any server providers besides Softlayer? Does Softlayer even have servers that far Northeast? If not you really need to petition Softlayer to open new locations first.

No one wants to touch this one huh? Don't let reality get in the way of your petition I guess.

GGG have been using different hosting providers for a while now. In Russia, for the Moscow gateway, the host is naukanet.ru, although the servers seem to be hosted by a company called System Service. However, Chris did say at one point it would be Multiplay:

Who's going to be hosting the servers? Softlayer doesn't have any Russian locations so it can't be the same company as your existing ones.

We use another company now also btw

In addition to Softlayer, or did you migrate everything over? Also who and when was this, I don't recall an announcement about it.

It's in addition - we have servers across both hosts just in case. It's a company called Multiplay.

Additionally, the European gateways are also available via Multiplay and I assume this may be true for the US too. For example, Frankfurt for me is:

ae-4-90.edge6.Frankfurt1.Level3.net
ae-4-90.edge6.Frankfurt1.Level3.net
gw-level3.meitner.router.frankfurt.de.velia.net
146.0.225.169
