Totems are not capable of utilize spell echo in any way. If you want more single target dmg you can either use the Searing Touch (every mod is useful), a +3 staff or a realmender (cheaper alternative for a +3 staff). Thing is, I haven't experimented that much myself, tried out a 5L searing touch once and the dmg was amazing for only one projectile. Although the single target focus of this staff I tend to use my 6L Sire of shards at any bossfight, because of the AoE-overlap is able to shotgun really well.

It was being mentioned several times before, but in the end it's just personal preference. Imo I had enough dmg to clear up to T15, also managed to do T16 as well (killed every one at the first try except minotaur, because always got some 2 of following defensive buffs while vaaling the map like endurance charges, 80% fire res (thank god it has been nerfed), or enfeeble, managed to get him on the 3rd try as well).
For general clear I really prefer tankyness over dmg, but you can use those jewels as well (probably gonna add to optional uniques as well).

Edit: updated the build having clear mind as an optional jewel. Also added my jewels I used under the potions as well.

Am I doing something wrong? when I equip concentrated effect my tooltip dps doesnt go up

Because it is not a tooltip-dps build, like I stated. Don't get fooled by that, it only shows the dps for the projectile dmg without the explosion dmg. In the end you still do the explosion dmg (which is increased by projectile and aoe), but since projectile itself isn't aoe, it doesn't change your dps with conc-effect.

Most of your dmg increase wont show up in the tooltip dps anyway, because they are depending on "debuffs" or situational aspects (35% increase against burning targets, 25% increase against ignited targets and 15% increase against near totems to name a few).

-video mostly for mechanical reasons, using two rolling flames instead of one -> clear speed improved by a lot

Atziris foible and MoM got buffed in 2.6, this is better than blood magic at the moment i feel.
Which Rolling Flames jewel is preferred? 50% AOE, or +4 radius?
Could you answer that in both a 1 jewel and 2 jewel scenario?
