[QoL] remove flask effects form top left corner

Remove flask icons from the topper left corner to clear them a little up and make thus emphasise the icons there a little. The flask effects can be displayed directly above them, which then removes the need to display the "faster movement" for quicksilver flasks, because the time bar would be enough to visualise that is still active. If the quicksilver flask has an additional movement mod then this should be displayed in addition, similar with other flasks: move the icon from additional mods from the top left corner down there.

Here you can see the the top left corner is less bloated.

edit: old image with error

It's kind of related to Something to visualize buffs better and UI Buff/Flask/Minion bar (top left)

That's neat.
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

I kinda like it

nice "photoshop" skills
On a related note, accidentally clicking on an aura (like if you are targeting a monster in the upper-left of the screen) should not disable that aura.

I see no reason for this particular design decision.
Wash your hands, Exile!
I think they need to create effects columns, put all charges in one column, all flasks in another, etc There is no separation right now making it very difficult at times to see what is actually active.

This could work as well, but for flasks my suggestion here could work quite well. The other stuff could maybe put somewhere else. The main thing is: if they put those mods icons above the flask they can leave half the icons out because the one for the flask itself is not needed anymore. Besides this you see that your life/mana/hybrid flask(s) is/are still running with their maybe different effects.

Its actually useful to get rid of stuff like shrines, as far as player auras I'm not sure if I have ever seen the need for it.

Removing HoT can be useful for some of Vorici's missions.
It's easier than removing the gems.
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
I like the idea but many flasks provide more than 1 buff each. This would create a lot of clutter at the bottom of the screen. I would prefer they group same/similar buffs and have options to show them all or regroup them. Like auras for example, once I have activated them, I know I am benefiting from them. I should be able to group them all together and only see the details if I hover on them.

I do like the timer idea for life/mana flasks.
