[QoL] Something to visualize buffs better

Due to the amazing list of buffs, skills, debufs and flasks which can be active visualize them at the skill section at the bottom right of the screen. Instead of beeing always show that certain skills have created and buff which is still active A bit similar to auras (and alike). BTW whirling blades is supported by fortify. Those green borders would vanish with the expireing buff. With such a system it would be easy to spot if certain (extrem/more important) buffs are still active, like fortify or blood rage. The visualization should be different from the auras (and alike) because they can be deactivated and will toggle as the effect does.
