[QoL] remove flask effects form top left corner
" HOLY SHIT!..... THATS why sometimes my auras and such magically turn themselves off for no good reason... Never even dawned on me this could be why... God im dumb... on the OPs suggestion.. I really like this idea and i dont really see any reason not to do this. I think this is a great idea. +1 from me you got my vote. \m/ There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation. The former is Wisdom, the latter is Fear. Last edited by Demonoz#1375 on Sep 15, 2016, 4:38:05 PM

" Huh? You don't need to remove gems to disable an aura. You can do it from the skillbar! (You're welcome.) " Try it, and you'll see. You can accidentally disable your auras in the thick of battle. I think it's a dumb design decision, personally. The only possible use for it is for disabling auras *in a hurry.* And when do you need to do that? (Sorry, OP, I don't wish to derail your thread. I'm just mentioning a related improvement that should accompany any overhaul of the top-left icons.) Wash your hands, Exile!

" When I know where my gem is, unsocketing + resocketing it is faster than swapping a skill and uncasting it ( and have my character stops ), then re-look for the sill that I just swapped. And clicking on an aura that I was to remove on the top of the screen is even faster. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading. Last edited by Fruz#6137 on Sep 16, 2016, 10:41:59 PM

" Are you arguing just to argue? Tell me honestly: Do you regularly have a need to disable self-casted auras in a hurry? If so, why? Wash your hands, Exile!

OF course I'm not just arguing to argue ...
I was responding to someone in the first message, giving an example of a use for this. And now that I think of it, heavy physical hitter without VP could have trouble on a reflect mob with hatred for example. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading. Last edited by Fruz#6137 on Sep 18, 2016, 9:09:57 AM

Buff/debuff UI has always been a mess in PoE. OP's proposition is very good, put the buffs in top left, debuffs on another line, and flask buffs on top of the flasks, it would be so much better.
