Is the game too GPU intensive?
" But you're rendering 890 frames a second. Why? you can only see 60 max on most monitors, 120 on others, but human perception is still less. Over rendering and running your GPU more than it needs too. Would be way cooler with vsync/adaptive vsync, or even gsync with the right monitor. Not to mention you have a 1080 GPU. ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒░░░░░░░░░░░░░ cipher_nemo ░░░░░░░░░░░░░▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ Last edited by cipher_nemo#6436 on Sep 12, 2016, 2:59:11 PM

" I play with vsync on. Only have a 60Hz monitor atm, saving for a 34" gsync ultrawide is a long process. Just showing that PoE in a quiet environment can reach truly crazy FPS and not stress the PC at all, if you have a semi decent set up. |

" humans do not see in FPS . This is a incorect asumption that having FPS higher that 60 dose nothing . I wont get into explaing it hear but basicaly to make a long and complicated story short , having higher FPS dose infact look much nicer and smother to the eye . google it to learn more ( it's pretty complicated so be prepared for alot of reading ) The reason why people sometimes say this is cuz if something is lower that 24 FPS it looks "wrong" to the human eye , so TV companys long ago made 24 FPS the standard , this lead people to think that any more than that is pointless , witch is not true . Just a sec let me grab a beer...@#*@ Ok how did I die this time
Learn the rules, it's the only way to exploit them. |
