SliverTongue Unique Is Poorly Made, Heres Why

I wouldn't complain about a buff, everyone likes more power, I don't can't agree with OP who thinks Slivertongue is poorly designed, or the others in the thread who think it's weak because they aren't trying to build around it.

I believe, you're not supposed to use ALL its abilities well with a single build. For example, if you want to utilize bleed, you just focus on 100% pierce. Or, if you want to utilize bonus from fork & chain, you will most probably use Ice Shot or LA, and wont have much use of bleeding.

And no, it isnt supposed to be OP unique. Maybe, slight damage buf could help it, but it's still pretty OK for non-meta builds.
