Sacrifice fragments as fast as possible?

Hello,

what is the preferred method to get sacrifice fragments as fast as possible (besides buying them)?

Best regards
Give a man a fish, and you can feed him for a day.
But give a fish a man, and you can feed it for a month.

Are you looking for specific fragments or all of them? Putting lower fragments in the map device opens a corrupted area to try to find the rarer ones like midnights. Other than that corrupting maps with multiple bosses like museum can get you some dropped randomly from the bosses.

Do you just stick a fragment in the machine along with the map? Can you put more than one fragment in at a time?

No, don't put it in with a map. That just adds 5% quantity to the map same as using 5 chisels. Just put one sacrifice fragment in the map device at a time and activate it.

I would like to farm sacrifice fragments in general not only midnights.

I tried farming dried lake but it looks like a vaal side area is rather uncommon.

So basically i have to use a vaal orb on a map to get the chance that a sacrifice fragment drops?

Farming a specific zone for vaal side areas is not recommendable?

In my experience Vaal side areas are not common enough to farm for. There are two different ones that can spawn in mudflats so see how long it is before you get bored making new instances looking for one. I don't think I could do it more than an hour and I doubt i'd be worth the time invested.

Didn't I already say what would happen? It opens a random vaal area.

It opens up a random Vaal side area. Level 68, 69, 70 or 71 depending on which fragment you use. Don't open up a level 71 one though!
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

For me, the best bang for you bu - er, vaal orb is either corrupting carto boxes or rolling "Twinned" on maps like museum and then vaal them, hoping that it keeps the mod. But even if it doesn't it's still three corrupted bosses.
