Chat Improvements in 2.3.2
" it only get's confusing if you actually put it into a programming context. just see pointers as hint towards direction, it doesn't mater where they are placed: <-@-> communication away from the player ->@<- towards the player and don't get me wrong, i like the change if it helps people in general. the only thing that disturbs me is that "@to" and "@from" have a different length which disturbs the left side offset of the message content and makes it less readable. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

HAHAHAHAAHHHAHAHA.
Management 1 0 1. Make some shit then correct it. It makes people "happier", more "satisfied", that if you actually had dome your job right from the start. L O L @ people "thanking" GGG for doing basic shit. |

" You'd think that GGG would know that huh? What with having access to logs of every trade ever done and all. Maybe then they might write some obviously different chat to get "Mr. Obvious" types to respond pointing it out. Because it's always funny seeing how easy it is to manipulate some people - and useful for a game developer too from a social engineering PoV. Then there's the chance that everyone else except you actually DOES trade this way ... [All the people thinking this confirms an Oasis map - I've never seen such a gullible bunch of gamers. They'll probably say they were joking now ... ] ~DemiDemon~ Playing almost every day since Beta version 0.9.1 in 2011. Last edited by DemiDemon#5004 on Jul 15, 2016, 8:26:02 AM

" if you ever think about running your own software company, here's my pro tip: start with the little things first!! don't care for bigger concepts, it's the small improvements a customer really wants first. avoid this new shit like agile which gets the customer something working first and fixes it later (if he pays accordingly) :) and even if it takes you 10 years longer to release your first version: glowing buttons, animations and splash screens as well as colored text need to come first. management 101! age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
