As someone mentioned before for cruel oak 15% passive there are an option on marauder start with 16% melee phys dmg + 16 flat life.

Quick update. Got some nice jewelry upgrades and my DPS numbers are now significantly higher:
AoE
Conc
 *Screens with Atziri + Lion flasks & Vaal Haste Still 4.95k health at Lv.89 until I get Purity of Flesh on my next Lvl (went for Sovereignty first) |

" I was using both for a while, and Belly is just too good. There is pretty much nothing you can get from rare one, except resists, and i dont really need it, at least now. My equip so far - still terrible jewelry, but enough to be caped, and i dont wanna pay 4ex for good offensive shield, so using defensive rare in this slot. Yo, I stumbled across your shaper video and was very impressed.
