Diablo III will crush this game...hell with ur beta!

I think this game is going to pull a lot of legit diablo players over. D3 is going to start of shitty because of the fact that EVERYONE knows it. Atleast the people here and the people I know, are all legit real rpg gamers. This is going to be sick for those who are waiting for it. (me).. Technically d3 can lay to waste..i garentee it dies off within the years that d2 has continued threw. maybe even quicker.

Yes, well it would be hard for any game to live life as long as D2 has managed, but with Blizzard behind D3, I'm quite sure it will get the love that it needs to have it continue on for many years to come.

Relatively few games are able to have the amount of players that D2 has and continue for 8,10 or more years, there are some, but D2 last I read the other day still has a very healthy player population.

We'll have to meet up here in 10 years from now and see if PoE and D3 have such a healthy population in them too.

Agreed, even though ill be 30's. Ill be here :). I still play and love d2 daily. Though, ive had to make some rando chars to keep my interest lol [wwsin, nova nec,frostdin].. Still i wish d2 was adding new addons. I would have taken a new expansion over a new diablo tbh. lol

PoE won't last past a month after D3 is released, at most I give it maximum 3 weeks before they open the cash shop that will screw the whole game.

There will only be a few players still interested (<100) then, followed by the game's closure.

Why can’t both games just live in peace? I hope both games have a healthy enough player base to keep the ARPG genre in the mainstream. Clearly players will have their differences when it comes to play style and which game they will choose to invest their time in.

PoE is for the more traditional ARPG D2 style player; whereas Diablo 3 will be for those that prefer a clearly designed modern ARPG.

I give you a 3 on the troll scale. If you want to disrespect a game so hard, why be here? Are you that bored? Doesn't D3 fill you with such wonderment that you need to be playing that instead? I might think (insert certain music artist) is bad, but I don't troll their forum either, you know? I can find better use of my time.
